About this role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Residential Sales Apprentice to join our highly successful residential team in September 2024.
The successful candidate will work with our specialist Residential Sales team, providing assistance with the day to day activities of the team whilst learning how to become a successful Sales Negotiator.
Day to day activities will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in the office
- Learning the importance of client care
- Registering applicants on to the Savills database (REAPIT)
- Conducting regular focused call outs to applicants on Savills database
- Arranging appointments
- Assisting the sales team with viewings
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Provide office cover and assisting in the handover and collection of keys
- General office administration including updating brochure displays and digital property matches
- Maintain records on a daily basis, prospecting applicants and archiving where necessary
- Manage own diary efficiently with respect to team members diaries
Skills and qualifications
This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who builds relationships well, who is not afraid to pick up the phone. You need to have a “can do” attitude, strong organisation skills. You will be able to work under pressure, a willingness to listen and learn and be capable of showing initiative whilst being a team player. You should also be passionate about driving sales and providing the best possible service to our clients and applicants.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, keen and enthusiastic
- Thirst for knowledge and self-motivated
Qualifications Required
- We welcome applications from 18 years upwards but all applicants will be considered on merit.
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or C or functional skills Level 2 is a mandatory requirement.
- Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the United Kingdom
Training
24 month training programme (starting on Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship then progressing to a Sales Executive level 4 apprenticeship), full on the job training provided for all skills required.
20% of working time will be dedicated to learning and study.
Career development
Our aim is that by the end of your apprenticeship you are equipped to continue your Savills career as a Sales Negotiator in one of our many Residential offices.
We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.

You will be expected to work five days in the office working 9:00am to 5:30pm on Monday to Friday. You may need to participate in a Saturday rota.
