You'll actively engage individuals in decision-making processes, nurturing their autonomy and empowerment. Managing challenging behaviours will be a part of your role, creating a nurturing environment that supports individual growth. Encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement will be pivotal in promoting holistic well-being.
