The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, providing services in the areas of Residential and Commercial Property, Family Law, Dispute Resolution, and Employment Law.
The Role:
As a Residential Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will manage domestic conveyancing tasks including drafting, title checks, searches, exchange, completion, and file closures.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate billing records and promptly invoice clients.
* Provide high-level legal advice independently and collaboratively within the team.
* Conduct legal research, maintain compliance with regulations, and uphold professional standards.
* Nurture client relations, contributing to the firms client base and marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate on joint projects with other departments, ensuring seamless operations.
* Proactively build relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
Requirements:
* Previously worked a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancer or in a similar role.
* Possess 5+ years PQE in conveyancing.
* Must be a Qualified Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer.
* Experience in case management systems and handling a variety of conveyancing matters.
* Familiarity with the principles of GDPR.
* Background in acquiring precise client instructions during meetings.
* Understanding of Anti Money Laundering Regulations and adherence to the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
* Skilled in utilising digital dictation and voice recognition software.
