SalaryUnqualified rate £23,280.40 per annum - Qualified rate starts at £24,819.60 per annum (pro-rata for part-time positions) plus £40 per sleep-in shift payment and mileage allowance.

We're on the lookout for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our dynamic team at NESTS children's residential home! Due to expansion have full-time (37 hours) and part-time (25 hours) opportunities available.
About Us: At NESTS, we believe in creating a home where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe and caring haven for these amazing kids.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building meaningful connections with Children and Young People.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement.
- Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the residential home.
- Collaborating with a passionate team to ensure the well-being of our children.
