OneNineFive is an ‘outstanding’ provision in Burton on Trent. This care home offers exceptional transitional support for up to 10 young adults aged 18-32 with learning disabilities. Here at OneNineFive our young adults will be able to learn practical life skills and take part in a range of community and home-based activities enabling their progress and transition towards a more independent life.

Hours:
You can choose to work either of our shift patterns as per below;
· 7:30am-22:00pm - 3 days on 3 days off
· 3 Week rolling rota (37.50hrs per week) which consists of a mixture of Morning & afternoon shifts! 7:30am -15:00pm & 2:30pm – 22:00pm.
The Role
We are looking to recruit Residential Support Workers that can support our young people to learn practical life skills and achieve their personal goals.
Every day is different, and you will work alongside the best in their field and provide our residents with excellent care as well as support them with a wide range of learning, development and social activities including Cooking, Shopping, day trips, arts and crafts and much more.
You will experience challenging situations, but you will be given exceptional support by your team and through our programme of continuous training, learning and development with the opportunity to gain your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care!

Pay: £23,010.00-£32,670.82 per year
