My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Barnet, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients for over 10 years. This is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to an excellent client base including many high-net-worth clients.
They are seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Real Estate Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more PQE experience in Handling and preparing contracts and leases, Landlord and tenant and Plot sales.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines independently.
Requirements:
- 2 + years PQE experience in Real Estate or an experienced conveyancer.
- Proficiency in Real Estate Law.
- Experience in Handling and preparing contracts and leases, Landlord and tenant, and Plot sales.
