Experience
- Experience of identifying and implementing procedural changes (ideally related to recruitment).
- Comprehensive knowledge in full life cycle of recruiting
- Experience of utilising all media to drive recruitment including using social media as an attraction strategy
- Up to date with employment law that impacts resourcing and the recruitment life cycle
- Experience in delivering recruitment training and coaching to managers
- Experience of project management/delivery
Skills
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, peers and senior management.
- Knowledge of, and the ability to use, recruitment and HR systems to support the recruitment process.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to gain the support of senior colleagues.
- Ability to work independently whilst also demonstrating the ability to work as part of a team.
- High standard of IT literacy including excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Commitment to continuous personal development, retaining an up to date knowledge of employment law and emerging best practice in talent attraction and recruitment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to read between the lines and provide innovative solutions to resourcing issues.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent level of practical experience.
