• Collaborating within the Resourcing Team

Experience

•  Experience of identifying and implementing procedural changes (ideally related to recruitment).
•  Comprehensive knowledge in full life cycle of recruiting
• Experience of utilising all media to drive recruitment including using social media as an attraction strategy
• Up to date with employment law that impacts resourcing and the recruitment life cycle
• Experience in delivering recruitment training and coaching to managers
• Experience of project management/delivery

Skills

• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, peers and senior management.
• Knowledge of, and the ability to use, recruitment and HR systems to support the recruitment process.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to gain the support of senior colleagues.
• Ability to work independently whilst also demonstrating the ability to work as part of a team.
• High standard of IT literacy including excellent Microsoft Office skills
•   Commitment to continuous personal development, retaining an up to date knowledge of employment law and emerging best practice in talent attraction and recruitment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to read between the lines and provide innovative solutions to resourcing issues.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent level of practical experience.
