We've partnered with a Higher Education institution based in London, in their searching for a Resourcing Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join this organisation during a unique period of change and transformation. The role is full time, permanent and offering hybrid working, 3 days based onsite, in their offices in London.

Your new role
Working alongside the Recruitment Manager, this role is pivotal in the continuous development of internal recruitment strategies and managing recruitment campaigns across a diverse variety of positions.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Cooperating with hiring managers to formulate suitable resourcing strategies
• Offering expertise in recruitment matters
• Advocating and applying fair, equal, and consistent recruitment methods
• Aiding in the ongoing enhancement of the recruitment service and tracking its performance
• Guaranteeing that recruitment processes are secure, effective, and carried out promptly
• Observing current recruitment practices amongst comparable organisations and the industry to anticipate

What you'll need to succeed

• Evidence of successful leadership and execution of various recruitment campaigns
• Understanding of modern recruitment best practices in terms of attracting, negotiating with, and integrating talent
• Experience in engaging, negotiating with, and influencing high-level stakeholders
• Established knowledge of methods and emerging trends in talent attraction and selection
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team setting
• Experience in leading and overseeing projects
• Experience in collaborating with external stakeholders (such as Executive Search Firms and Advertising Agencies
