Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Source, build and develop strong candidate relationships

- Building and nurturing a strong talent community through networking and conversations

- Understanding core client requirements and opportunities to the right candidates and peak interest from the best in the market.

- Building strong market knowledge of our vertical markets and sharing critical market information with the broader team

- Attracting, Advising and Negotiating with candidates to find Win-Win partnerships between clients and candidates

- Using Davies' suite of technology alongside social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source

- Conduct pre-screening phone calls to assess suitability and cultural fit. Working towards becoming a strong objective, in-depth interviewer

- Build on existing Davies Resourcing candidate relationships and develop your own portfolio of Candidates.

- Manage online advertising across a variety of platforms to widen the talent pool
