The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work alongside senior management in the opening of a new addition to Newcastle’s vibrant bar and restaurant scene. You will be responsibile for the recruitment & management of your front of house team, installing food management systems and defining service standards, all whilst continously building upon this new dining concept from guest feedback.
