Restaurant Assistant

We're looking for someone to join our team in an independent Bristol City Centre restaurant, specialising in Asian cuisine. The day to day tasks include food prep, general cleaning, line cooking, hot drinks service, taking orders and serving the customers; and even long term potential to learn the management roles! We would love someone to join the team and grow with us! It would be great if you have experience in one of these areas and we'll teach you the rest. We have frequent job reviews and the potential to earn pay rises through loyalty and hard work.

The position available will be on a permanent contract for flexible full time hours including paid holidays, on average 30-40hrs per week over 4 or 5 days depending on what you're looking for. We are currently open to the public either between 11am-10pm Fri+Sat or 11am-9pm Sun-Thu, and a typical shift would be 12-4/5-close.

The ideal candidate will have:

Availability to work during all of our opening times, for 4/5 days per week.

Good English language skills.

Some experience in a restaurant/cafe environment, although full training will be given.

A desire to learn more about the industry and an interest in Asian food and culture.

Friendly and outgoing, with a positive attitude, especially towards hard work!

Ability to solve problems and contribute to the success of the team.
