Salary: £45k - 65k + Excellent Corporate Benefits

Our client, a highly successful international business is looking to appoint a skilled Quick Service Restaurant Development Manager to spearhead the opening of a new UK restaurant chain over the coming years backed by excellent investment.
The Role:
They are seeking a strong, structured brand manager who will use their restaurant knowledge and experience in QSR industry.
The opportunity is for a strong experienced leader with a demonstrable track record of building and developing a successful QSR brand.
This is a key and interesting long-term chain development project - a great role.
You will be charged to work alongside the investors to :
* Help build the brand concept and strategy.
* Identify the correct restaurant locations.
* Recruitment and training
* Standard operating procedures, Health & Safety, HACCP
* Menu development
* Marketing
* P&L
If you can speak Chinese / Mandarin that that would be advantageous though not essential.
