Job Title: Restaurant Director – Luxury Country Hotel - Kent

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus

Location: Kent

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Director to join this Luxury Hotel in Kent.
We are looking for a talented, well organised individual who has a passion for F&B.
As Restaurant Director you will manage and develop the F&B team in the hotel to the highest level.

About the position

• Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
• Oversee the training and development of the team
• Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
• Support the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
• Report to the owner

The successful candidate

• Previous experience working in high end restaurants or hotels
• A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
• Well organised with an eye for detail
• A born leader with excellent communication skills
