Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Duties:
Supervises staff; decides on range and quality of meals
and beverages to be provided or discusses customers
requirements for special occasions; oversees front-of house
restaurant staff including servers, food runners
and hosts ;documents, investigates, escalates and
resolves all employee and guests incidents ; Ensures
exceptional service standards are consistently met and
that activities are carried out effectively ; Inspects dining
room and storage areas to ensure compliance with
health and safety regulations ; verifies that quality of
food, beverages and waiting service are as required
and that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean in
compliance with statutory requirements.
Skills:
- Strong background in food production, culinary arts, or related field
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel management role
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
