Restaurant & Front Of House Lecturer (Sessional)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant lecturer in our sector leading Radmoor Restaurant. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver across the full range of the department's provision. You may currently be working in a hospitality education setting or in hospitality. You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas and embedding new technologies into the learning environment. Working as part of our award-winning Hospitality and Catering team you will be responsible for the delivery and development of courses and day to day Front of House duties. You will possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality industry and be able to plan and use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques including digital teaching methods and teaching tools.
