Restaurant General Manager

This leading casual dining restaurant brand is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to manage their site in Northbridge, Edinburgh. The chain are an important part of the community creating a great experience for both employees and consumers. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the restaurant and team.

Coming from a hospitality background, you will be an existing General Manager who has strong people development skills , commercial acumen & communication skills. Alternatively, you could be an assistant/deputy manager on the cusp of developing into a general manager.
