Restaurant Group Operations Manager

Proactive Personnel are working with a well-established Restaurant Group to appoint a Group Operations Manager to join their thriving team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager with Industry knowledge to join a forward-thinking business that really value their employees.

You will be travelling between several sites, so having a drivers licence is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurants, including the kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
• Manage and train a team of culinary professionals, bartenders, and hospitality staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Developing staff to achieve their highest potential
• Talent spotting and recruitment
• Collaborate with other managers to achieve across the board company success

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant operation management or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Food and drinks knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
