Proactive Personnel are working with a well-established Restaurant Group to appoint a Group Operations Manager to join their thriving team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager with Industry knowledge to join a forward-thinking business that really value their employees.
You will be travelling between several sites, so having a drivers licence is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurants, including the kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Manage and train a team of culinary professionals, bartenders, and hospitality staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Developing staff to achieve their highest potential
- Talent spotting and recruitment
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve across the board company success
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant operation management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Food and drinks knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
