We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to ensure the success of a newly refurbished 200-seater restaurant and cocktail bar. If you have a strong background in the hotel and/or restaurant industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you!
💼 As the Restaurant General Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: 💼
* Operational Leadership: Provide strong leadership to our restaurant team, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
* Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded, handling feedback and complaints professionally.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, conducting performance evaluations and supporting staff development.
* Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety, regularly inspecting the restaurant.
* Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute initiatives, engaging with the local community to build reputation.
⭐ Qualifications: ⭐
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in the restaurant and/or hotel industry, preferably in a high-volume setting.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
