Brook Street are looking for a Restaurant Manager, for their client based in the charming harbour village of Bosham, just four miles west of Chichester.
Their offerings include a 30–seater brasserie, serving lunch and dinner, and a 50–cover fine dining restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes open for dinner. Complementing these is a cosy bar, making our hotel a delightful culinary destination.
In addition to their dining experiences, they specialise in serving afternoon tea and hosting intimate weddings, celebratory lunches, and wakes.
Their on the lookout for a candidate well–versed in a similar fine dining property. The ideal candidate should be motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic, possessing excellent customer care skills. Smart presentation, team leadership ability, and a commitment to elevating standards are crucial.
Naturally, a food hygiene certificate, knowledge of allergens, health and safety expertise, and an excellent command of English are prerequisites. Candidates must have settled status to work in the UK.
The salary for this role is 34,000 per annum, inclusive of a generous share of the tronc each month for a 41–hour contract. Shifts will encompass both straight and split schedules, covering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for crafting and managing the restaurant staff rota.
