You will oversee all front-of-house operations in our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and seamless service, manage the front-of-house team, and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Duties:
- Supervise all front-of-house activities to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring the restaurant is properly prepared for each service, with careful attention to aesthetics to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of front-of-house supplies, aiming for a 75% gross profit.
- Collaborate with other managers and kitchen staff to achieve restaurant goals and targets.
- Devise strategies to advance the business.
