RESTAURANT MANAGER – Luxury Country Hotel in Ireland

Basic: up to €80,000 per annum plus benefits

Profile: High-end / fine dining style restaurant

Key Responsibilities

Oversees and directs all aspects of the dining and private dining operation

Job Purpose

As part of the Food and Beverage division and working closely with the senior hotel team, you will be responsible to meet the overall revenue and cost targets (together with the Head Chef) to ensure a profitable business operation.
To assure a high standard of service quality, efficiencies, appearance and hospitality in staff and the organisation and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Develop and implement programmes to increase sales.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER with a proven track record
• Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury 5
  * Hotel or Rosette/Michelin establishment;
• At least 5 years’ experience working in F&B including management level experience
• Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
• Good knowledge of food & wine;
• Experience in the identification and implementation of staff training and development;
• Financially aware;
• Computer literate (Word, Outlook and Database knowledge);
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead & inspire a team;
• ‘Hands on Manager’

• A confident, mature and professional approach is essential

• Possess a great personality and have a passion for hospitality
• Fluent English
