The Role of Restaurant Manager:

The ideal candidate needs to bring their A-game, showcasing a genuine passion for excellent cuisine, a commanding presence on the floor, and the ability to lead and develop their team.
While financial expertise can be developed, the selected candidate will be accountable to a General Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling daily opening and closing procedures, along with reporting and banking responsibilities
• Conducting staff briefings and organizing the floor for daily business requests
• Providing management and support to the team
• Overseeing customer satisfaction checks and effectively handling complaints
• Managing rota forecasting, training, recruitment, team and menu development, and Profit and Loss (P&L)
• Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations

The Ideal Candidate for Restaurant Manager:

• Currently holding a position as a Restaurant Manager, with a solid understanding of what defines exceptional quality in food and service
• Possesses a vibrant personality, enjoying engagement with both the team and guests
• Demonstrates a profound passion for food and wine
• Exhibits ambition and a desire for career progression
• Maintains a polished appearance and adopts a flexible approach to the role.
