Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Managerrequired for our prestigious client, a hotel with an informal / relaxed style restaurant, located in the Rye, East Sussex area. The restaurant has all–day dining, serving a modern European menu, which is also offering locally sourced food to a high standard.

As RestaurantManager the ideal candidate for this role, will have previous Restaurant and Bar service operations managerial / supervisory experience from within a prestigious hotel or a stand alone restaurant / grill / brasserie / gastro pub. This role may also suit a candidate looking to build on existing skills and experience.

The role of RestaurantManager, will require you to be hands on, leading from the front, engaging, welcoming your guests to ensure the highest level of service is provided.

You will supervise, train, motivate, develop and head the team to ensure the smooth delivery of service and standards to maximise customer satisfaction along with a positive sales culture to increase revenue and repeat business.

You will be working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including the busy week–ends.

The salary for this opportunity of RestaurantManager is given as 32,000 to 38,000 / per annum including benefits / along with other company benefits. There may be the possibility of live in accommodation according to availability. TRANSPORT would be desirable to give more flexibility for the required shift work demands of this hands–on role if you live out in the local area.
