Restaurant Shift Leader

As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will…
- Deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for our Team and Guests.
- Induct & support new starters and the completion of core departmental training.
- Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greeting our guests.
- Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team.

Pay Rates: 16 to 17 from £8.50 / 18+ from £10.97 up to £11.42 per hour depending on age

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a Restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment. Or perhaps you're already a F&B superstar and you’re ready for that next step in your career which is great! All we are looking for is a ‘Team Player’ who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.

Working hours are on a rota over a 7 day period and could include evenings and weekends (depending on role). We aim to offer flexibility where we can, including full or part time hours.
