Shift Leader! As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will… - Deputise
in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required. - Provide a safe and secure environment for our Team and Guests. - Induct
& support new starters and the completion of core departmental training. - Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and
greeting our guests. - Lead & coach
the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team. to 17 from £8.50 / 18+ from £10.97 up to £11.42 per hour depending on age Experience and Qualifications You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader in
a Restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment.
