Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to meet customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and cash handling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, bartending, and customer service.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
