Job description

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Skills:
- Culinary skills for food preparation and presentation
- Upselling techniques to promote additional menu items
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and bill calculations
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety practices
