SalaryOne of the biggest names in the restructuring market amongst US firms, is expanding rapidly and looking to make a mid-level growth hire.
Although uptick in restructuring is expected in 2024, this is one of the few elite US law firms in London hiring at this level. This is an opportunity to join a small-sized but expanding team, that allows for deal ownership, direct client contact, breadth of work alongside opportunity for progression and top-market compensation.
You will be working directly with a renowned European Restructuring Partner, known for representing both creditors and debtors on a wide range of global restructuring and special situation matters. As part of the team, you will be advising giant clients on bespoke capital solutions and complex restructurings, distressed and recovery M&A, debt financings and direct landings, amongst others.
Due to the status of the firm and quality work involved, this role only applies to UK Qualified lawyers from top-ranked restructuring practices (Legal500 and Chambers & Partners) with 3-6 years of experience in London.
