Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring their experience is memorable. Preparing bakery goods ready for sale, while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene Serving customers in the shop, providing excellent customer service and maintaining stock levels. Keeping the arcade well maintained as well as stocked up. Ensure all transactions are accurately processed, and cash handling procedures are followed. Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Provide helpful and informative advice to guests, promoting the facilities and services on offer. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills. Benefits
