We're on the lookout for Retail Assistants to help build magical memories at the lastminute.com London Eye
We have both fixed term (end date 1st September) and permanent full-time hour contracts available. This will consist of working 5 days out of 7. Our attraction is open daily so we will need you to have full flexibility as shifts will include weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
As Retail Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our guests during their time in our retail shop, offering a warm welcome, and encouraging them to stock up on merchandise.
You will need to help make sure the shop is fully stocked and looking presentable at all times and have the confidence to suggest products that our guests may want to purchase or be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have. You'll always strive to boost revenue and smash daily targets while demonstrating world-class customer service.
Please note that due to the health and safety aspect of these roles all applicants need to be aged 18 or over.
We’re a close-knit team, so we need teammates that are happy to help others as well as working independently.
There is also the opportunity to be involved with other departments across the attraction but whatever the role, you will find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction. The London Eye gets extremely busy, so you’ll do this through high levels of interaction and a great sense of fun.
