- Have an understanding of and passion for NIKE's mission, our history, and products
- Are genuinely excited to deliver a 5-star experience to our in-store customers
- Are a jack-of-all trades - supporting different departments in the store where needed
- Use your tech savviness to link in-store and online sales
- Occasionally support managers with training new teammates
- Develop positive relationships with customers and teammates
