Job Type: Full-time – Tuesday-Saturday 09:00-18:00
Salary: Up to £40K per annum for the right candidate

Job Description:
I am looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join my client based in the Croydon Area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a passion for retail and fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Restock shelves and ensure that products are properly displayed.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
