Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for personalized gifts.
- Offer creative suggestions and ideas for personalized items based on customers' requirements.
- Assist in the customization process, including engraving, embossing, and other personalization techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to showcase our unique products effectively.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store to create an engaging and attractive shopping space.
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and create a buzz around our personalized gift offerings.
- Uphold the brand image and values of Asylum Designs through professional conduct and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred however not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Passion for personalized gifts and creating memorable experiences for customers.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
