We are recruiting for a Central Operations Manager to support our BRP & National Accounts Sales team in achieving KPIs/objectives.
An important part of this role will be to manage the daily challenges, change and ambiguity of working within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
As this role is responsible for a Team based in High Wycombe, weekly travel to this Support Centre is required.
Role Responsibility
- Continuously improve how we work we our customers.
- Improve how we work internally – bringing internal teams together eg trading, supply chain, distribution, finance, linking them in with Retail
- Lead and manage the BRP central ops team.
- Manage the retail group Activity planner - This document is shared with the retail leadership team weekly and tracks our performance and planned activity v’s last year.
- Manage all retail sales opportunities via Presells, weekly deals, head starts. This will include working with trading to secure all opportunities.
- Managing web shop to ensure that all contents are relevant to the current BRP range and deals to ensure we maximise any sales opportunity. This will involve working with the digital team weekly to brief in our web content requirements.
- Work with the Comms Manager to plan the BRP weekly bulletins.
- Managing the relationship with the BRP and national accounts sales team to ensure they are fully briefed in a timely manner with all sales opportunities and activities
- Work cross functionally to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to delivery all sales activity.
- Manage BRP weekly feedback.
- Manage BRP portal contents.
- Manage and lead on ad-hoc projects.

Experience in Food Retail, Retail Sales or Independent Retailing is essential.
