Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering apprenticeship standards to learners at their place of work, often with major retail brands.
- Providing support, guidance, and motivation to learners to help them attain career-building qualifications.
- Assisting learners in achieving transferable skills, particularly in Maths and English if necessary.
- Managing administrative tasks associated with the role independently.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervision, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- Ability to thrive in high-demand environments with targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above) or equivalent.
- Experience working autonomously.
- Possession of a minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification and/or experience in Work-Based Learning (WBL) or educational environments is advantageous.
