Sharps Bedrooms, a leading provider of fitted bedroom furniture, is seeking a skilled Showroom Demonstrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience in our showroom.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.
3. Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets
4. Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.
5. Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.

Requirements:

1. Previous Experience - Not necessary as full training given.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
3. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines where required.
4. A basic understanding of bedroom furniture and a willingness to learn about our product offerings.
5. Clear and effective communication abilities to interact with customers and address their needs.

Benefits:

• 21,500 OTE for 5 days per week including basic + commission + incentives (Guaranteed earnings - 20,319 per annum)
