Our Apprenticeship Programme can offer you the experience of working in a retail environment whilst earning and learning as you go.
The Retail Level 2 programme offers a fantastic opportunity for those that are looking to take their first steps in their bp retail career enabling you to develop a range of excellent Customer Service skills, product and industry relevant knowledge which will support you to deliver in your role. You will grow your confidence working in line with bp beliefs and develop a deeper knowledge of your impact on the customer experience. By the end of the programme, you will obtain the Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification which is equivalent to 5 GCSEs.

Communication skills
Duration: 13 months plus end of programme assessment

Eligibility criteria:
Not be in any other form of funded education or training such as college or university
Have been an EEA/ UK resident for a minimum of three years
Do not have a qualification at the same level, or above in the same discipline
