Position: Retail Customer Service Assistant

Location:Bluewater Shopping Centre 
About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated retail staff to join our team in Bluewater Shopping centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic retail environment and contribute to our efforts to clear store inventory as the company transitions through a closing down phase.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Customer Service and maintain high standards of store presentation
• Assist customers with product selection, purchasing decisions
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work over a 7-day period, including weekends and holidays
