Talent Acquisition Executive -Fixed term contract (12 months with potential of going permanent) The Fundamental Group started out as a media agency, specialising in clients within the Asset Management and Higher Education sectors. Our vision was to become a leading specialist and we have achieved this through a combination of contemporary and innovative technologies. This includes our in-house proprietary performance marketing technologies and reporting platforms, in-house programmatic solutions, research team and most importantly our people, each with expert sector knowledge. As an In-House Talent Acquisition Executive focusing on media and financial services, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional individuals who align with our company culture and possess the skills and expertise necessary to contribute to our success. You will leverage your knowledge of media buying, financial services to identify and engage with qualified candidates through various direct channels. This position offers a hybrid work model. After onboarding and becoming acquainted with the London-based HR team, the individual may work remotely, with a requirement to spend 2-3 days per week in the office (this is subject to change). Utilise your expertise in media buying and financial services to effectively source and attract top talent within the industry. Foster our company culture throughout the recruitment process by effectively communicating our values, mission, and vision to prospective candidates. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling employer branding initiatives that showcase our company as an employer of choice. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment to continually enhance our talent acquisition strategies. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, Level 5 CIPD qualification. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably within the media and financial services sectors. In-depth knowledge of media buying practices and familiarity with financial services terminology and industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey our company culture and values to potential candidates. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges.
