We have an exciting opportunity to join the Winton Community Centre as Retail Manager.
The Retail Manager will provide operational guidance and management to retail activities providing opportunities for development of community engagement, revenue and provide support to the vulnerable community members.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a culture of excellent customer service, be able to manage, lead and motivate a team of employees and volunteers and to be able to work with vulnerable people with respect and compassion.
Along with your experience of retail operations you will have excellent communication skills and be able work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
