Address In this role you will drive and lead retail initiatives to increase operational excellence within our own retail stores. Along with regional retail management and store leadership, your role will grow together with us as we continue to expand our retail channel. You will ensure operational excellence for new store openings and build out quality standards for our existing retail network in the Americas region. You will have the opportunity to shape and build On's retail landscape and support in setting the foundation for years to come.
Your Mission
- Lead and participate in working groups to ensure that the needs of the retail stores are considered and included in the execution of any communication, project or initiative
- Lead the creation of streamlined communication and tasks to stores from all headquarter departments as main contact between both parties
- Provide options and impacts to stakeholders and decision makers with clear recommendations
- Support inventory management including stock count planning, cycle count analysis, stock write off, POS support etc.
- Oversee event support for stores in line with the monthly and quarterly store operations roadmap
- Lead the regional process for new retail store openings, ensuring timely openings and effective collaboration with global and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with Retail Tech to implement technical processes and system related improvements (e.g. warranty and return process, omni-channel offering) to enable smooth Retail Operations and scalable business foundations
- Work with Retail Training to identify and deliver relevant trainings for our store teams to improve operations and customer service
- Strategize needed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and introduce quality standards and for our retail network and support store performance review and improvement through market visits
- Support internal / external stakeholders to ensure adherence to local store operation regulations and the implementation of Asset Protection and Health & Safety standards
Your Story
- You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, previous experience in retail and/ or the sports industry is a plus
- You have strong experience in project management from start to finish coordinating cross-functional teams
- You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, but love to also get your hands dirty and do the heavy lifting yourself
