Main Responsibilities as a Retail Planning Executive
- Support improving Retail Channel capabilities, processes, and tools.
- Build and deliver Quarterly journey plans for the Retail Sales Team with CACI
- Provide weekly updates to the Retail Sales Management team and maintain key retail processes to ensure the field team can meet KPI deliverables.
- Manage third party supplier relationships with the Retail Operations Manager for CACI, Shepper, Powerforce and Zaptic
- Work with the data team on ensuring Return on Investment for Dynamic Risk Intervention (DRI) and Powerforce activity.
- Monitor and action any new requests for the Retail Strategy & Operations team via the front door document.
Experience & Skills Required
- Knowledge of sales impact analysis and achievement of Return On Investment (ROI).
- Able to build presentations with confident delivery.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of retail execution including brand activation.
- Ability to articulate and present with impact to senior colleagues.
- Must be able to work at pace.
- Must be open to have challenging conversations.
