Retail Project Manager

Partnership Manager | £55,000 | London

Zachary Daniels are proud to be part of partnering with a retail brand, searching for a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, ensuring effective communication, and driving successful partnerships. This multifaceted role requires expertise in account management, merchandising, marketing, retail shop fit projects, operations, finance, and customer service. An Ideal candidate would have a mix of experience, delivering retail shop fit projects end to end, wholesale and merchandising.

The Role

• Grow the value of the existing partner base and significantly increase new partnership revenue globally
• Gain a thorough understanding of partner objectives and be an expert solution provider
• Be tenacious in your efforts to secure partner orders & work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure effective stock ranging and management throughout each season
• Be fully accountable for the delivery of partner projects against deadlines.
• internal teams on proposals and pitches to deliver excellence for our partners & customers
• Manage the annual Marketing programmes to each of the retailers and maximise store support for these activities
• Develop and implement activities tailored to each store group to maximise business potential
• To implement and complete projects as requested by the Head of Retail

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• Proven experience in partnership management, merchandising, and e-commerce.
• Experience in fashion retail
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proven experience in partnership management, retail, merchandising, and e-commerce.
• Familiarity with retail operations and logistics.
• Prior experience in finance-related tasks, including invoice reconciliation.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
