Shift pattern: Various days and nights

Average hours: Zero hour contract

Pay : 10.90

Location: CF10

Duties:

• Ensuring the safety and security of the retail establishment its staff and customers
• Ensuring the safety and security of the retail establishment its staff and customers. Prevention of theft and loss, monitoring the premises, identifying the suspicious behaviour and deterring theft or fraudulent activities
• A high standard of customer service is required whilst maintaining security
• Greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting them with any concerns or issues they may have to help create a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Valid Door Supervisor Licence is required
