Retail Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Retail Sales Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, and as a Retail Sales Administrator your key responsibilities are

· Manage department inboxes, responding and assigning as necessary

· Update and maintain customer informationon our internal systems

· Order equipment to customers properties

· Coordinate and organise customer events

· Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders

About you

· Proven administrative experience within a fast pace environment

· Experience of delivering excellent customer service

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task effectively prioritise own work load

· Exemplary attention to detail
