Due to further success of the Harrogate jewellery and watch retail store - which is truly a beautiful wonder room - they now require another full time Retail Sales Advisor to achieve and exceed sales targets. The existing retail team is expert, long standing, friendly and approachable, one you would truly want to be part of.
As the Retail Sales Advisor, you will be completely passionate about delivering excellent customer service and hitting revenue targets monthly by selling on the shop floor, listening to and understanding customer’s needs and budget to help them select the perfect gem set purchase or watch!
You will be IT literate and well versed in operating a till system, stock replenishment/ordering systems and be able to undertake stock audits.
Having already had a minimum 2 year’s Retail Sales experience in luxury goods such as watch sales, or jewellery Retail Sales experience you will want to continue a career in the jewellery industry. Retail sales experience in cosmetics sales or luxury beauty, skincare, or shoe sales where you have made sales to customers through a consultative, bespoke sales approach will be fully considered. You must be excellently presented to represent the brands, be passionate about delivering sales in a luxury Retail Sales environment with a willingness to work 40 hours/ 5-day work week across 7 days, to include weekends. You must live in a commutable distance to Harrogate town centre.
Reporting to the Store Manager you will be a true people person and a natural salesperson wanting to sell product in a luxury retail store. You will already be a Retail Sales assistant, Retail Sales Advisor who wants to promote and sell luxury goods.
The Company always promotes from within and will fully support professional industry qualifications in gemmology. You will also benefit from the brand owner’s product training too! There is excellent commission to be earned and the Store Manager is a great mentor and fully committed to professional development of the team.
