The Employer is: FARIDA FA LTD. Is responsible for ensuring a customer’s in-store experience runs as smoothly as possible. Customers will often seek out a retail assistant as a first point of contact if they need to find a specific item or process a transaction quickly, so being up-to-date on stock and company processes is a must. Also process the sale of merchandise in the store or on-line and supervise the regular restocking of the store’s product shelves. Retail assistants also need to be as knowledgeable as possible on all the products and services their company offers, so customers aren’t left with any doubts regarding whether or not they are making the right purchasing decision. .
