Job description
Assistant customers in store ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is delivered..
Responsibilities
- Ensure an excellent standard of customer service is always delivered within the store by all staff
- Merchandising of stock as per instruction by Management.
- Assist with customer queries in an efficient yet professional manner
- Assist with till duties and cash handling
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver customer service
- Must be available to work days/nights and weekend hours
- At least 1 years experience in a retail environment
Desirable Skills
- Previously worked in this type of environment
- Qualification in retail or similar
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Strong time management skills
Further Information
Work time: Varies Monday - Sunday but must be available especially during Monday to Friday.
