Title: Retail Sales Assistant - Korean Beauty Industry
Location: OXFORD CITY - Westgate Shopping Centre

As a Retail Shop Assistant at our new Oxford City store, you will be at the forefront of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will involve providing product knowledge, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the overall operations of our retail space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering product recommendations and guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our latest beauty products, skincare routines, and makeup trends to communicate features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Checkout: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handle card payments, and maintain a secure and organised register.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the retail space is visually appealing by arranging and organising products according to brand standards, updating displays, and highlighting promotions.
- Receiving and sorting: Assist the team with taking delivery of restocks and supplies.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a confident and friendly team member passionate about Korean beauty.
You would be ideal for the job if you:
- Love to work as part of a close-knit team, with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry (MUST)
- Previous retail experience, ideally in beauty or skincare (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
