Job Summary
Leisure World Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team at our Tyneside (Birtley) store.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, helping them explore our range of outdoor living products, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement - Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their outdoor living needs.
Product Expertise - Develop a strong understanding of Leisure World's product offerings and be prepared to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
Interactive Shopping Experience - Facilitate hands-on exploration of our range of outdoor living products and accessories.
Events - Assist in organising and hosting in-store events, promoting customer engagement.
Product Presentation - Maintain attractive and accessible displays to showcase products effectively and engage customers.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with other team members to create a welcoming and supportive environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for outdoor living and related products.
Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
